These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using wkdomains.com and any services, information, or features we make available through the site.

By accessing or using wkdomains.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
You may use wkdomains.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its security, or other users.
You may not attempt to access systems, data, or accounts without permission; introduce malicious code; scrape the site in a way that burdens our infrastructure; or use the site to send spam, misleading messages, or unlawful content.
If you send us a message, submit a form, join a list, or otherwise provide information through the site, you are responsible for making sure that information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
We may use the information you provide to respond to you, operate the site, provide requested services, and maintain appropriate business records.
We may offer research, deadline summaries, bid/no-bid checklists, capability-response outlines, draft response language, company-facts checklists, and related administrative support for public government contracting opportunities.
A fixed-fee response kit is limited to the deliverables described at checkout or in our written correspondence for one public opportunity. Unless we separately agree in writing, wkdomains does not submit responses, sign forms, certify facts, communicate with government buyers on your behalf, or act as your agent.
These services are not legal, accounting, financial, procurement, compliance, or bid-protest advice. We are not a government agency, contracting officer, broker, or representative of any government buyer.
You are responsible for confirming your eligibility, SAM.gov registration status, CAGE or UEI information, certifications, licenses, pricing, past performance, insurance, proposal content, submission requirements, and contract compliance before using or submitting any materials.
We do not guarantee that any opportunity will remain open, that any response will be accepted, that any vendor will be eligible, or that any contract, award, sale, or business result will occur.
A response kit is delivered when we send the materials to the email address you provide, reply to the email thread you used for intake, or otherwise make the materials available to you.
You are responsible for reviewing the delivered materials promptly and making final edits before any submission deadline.
If a delivered response kit contains a material factual error caused by wkdomains, you must notify us within 24 hours after delivery. Our sole obligation will be to make a reasonable correction or clarification. Corrections do not extend any government deadline or create a refund right.
Any domain names, availability information, pricing, timelines, or related details shown on the site are provided for general informational purposes unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Domain availability and third-party registry rules can change. We do not guarantee that a domain, listing, price, or opportunity will remain available.
Some services may be offered for a fixed fee, including same-day support packages. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees are due upfront before work begins.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their separate terms, privacy practices, or service availability.
Because time-sensitive research and drafting work begins quickly, all fixed-fee response-kit payments are final and non-refundable once research, review, drafting, or delivery has begun, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
After a response kit is delivered, dissatisfaction with the opportunity, government requirements, eligibility, pricing, set-aside status, business decision not to submit, award outcome, or any third-party decision does not create a refund right.
If you believe there is a problem with a paid service, you agree to contact us first at support@wkdomains.com so we can review the issue.
If you initiate a payment dispute, chargeback, or similar claim after we have started or delivered a paid service, we may provide the payment processor, card network, bank, or other dispute reviewer with your order details, terms acceptance, payment records, intake records, delivery records, communications, and work-product evidence.
The site, including its text, design, logos, graphics, software, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the site content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
The site may reference or link to third-party websites, registrars, payment providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We do not guarantee that any opportunity will remain open, that any response will be accepted, that any vendor will be eligible, or that any contract, award, sale, or business result will occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to wkdomains for that specific service.
